You will be responsible to the Executive Support Officer for assisting in the provision of the full range of executive support duties to the Director and wider departmental management team (DMT) supporting the delivery of strategic and operational objectives and expediting priority actions in a timely and effective manner.
You will liaise with a wide range of stakeholders including elected members, MLAs, chief officers, senior council managers, senior representatives of outside bodies on behalf of the Director and wider departmental management team (DMT), as required.
You will ensure that all tasks are carried out professionally, on behalf of the Director, to agreed quality and time targets.
