The post-holder will report to the Project Manager (Complex Lives) and will be responsible for:
Provide professional support and coordination of activities to deliver the Complex Lives prototype contributing to the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives,
Provide day to day project management ensuring objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time frames. identifying and expediting priority actions in a timely and effective manner.
Support a range of partners to deliver Complex Lives, ensuring an understanding of structures, processes and organisational responsibility to achieve desired outcomes.
Ensure compliance of funding agreements, monitoring and financial claim processes and associated resource and administration management as required by the project
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders and partners in support of the effective delivery of Complex Lives.
Encourage and enable integrated working across council departments and services as may be required to assist in the delivery of the Complex Lives prototype and supporting activities.
