This post will be responsible to the relevant Digital Delivery Manager to lead, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and management of single or multiple major, high profile ICT applications development projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management. You will be responsible for leading a team of Application Developers and IT Business Analysts. You will actively assist in the formulation and communication of Information System strategies which support the achievement of the organisation’s business strategy and the promotion of technology enabled business change. You will directly support and influence the business development and operational relations with customers, identifying customers’ business requirements; investigate, develop and implement appropriate ICT Development practices and standards.
