You will be responsible to Corporate Relationship Officer(s) (CRO) for the day-to-day provision of the full range of operational support and administrative activities in accordance with the council policies and departmental procedures.
You will deal with members of the council, Members of the Local Assembly (MLA’s), Members of Parliament (MP’s) and other elected representatives and liaise between the Chief Executive’s, heads of section and other departmental managers.
You will deputise for the Corporate Relationship Officer(s) within the post holders’ sphere of responsibility.
You will ensure that all tasks are carried out to agreed quality and time targets.
